Pure Air vs YOUR Air and its connections to disease.

P u r e   A i r   - What is Pure/ Fresh Air? It is opposite of stale air. Stale air is the air that has been already used and expelled. The life- giving oxygen has been appropriated by the body and expelling carbon dioxide, a waste product, given off along with other waste gases of elimination. Our body constitution allows us to survive weeks without food, days without water, but when it comes to breath it is the most essential one as we can not survive even few minutes without it. In case you were wondering the air is composed of (78.1%) nitrogen , (20.9 %) oxygen and fractional parts of less than 1% of argon, hydrogen, methane, nitrous oxide, xenon, krypton, helium and neon. Chemicals may be odorless and present in the air without our notice, especially in our homes where old, stale air has been trapped for days. The fact that we cannot smell or taste them seems to make the matter non urgent, tricking us in paying less attention to the quality of air we are receiving. To insure one cell's survival it must have a constant supply of fresh air delivered via blood stream. Unfortunately the overall air quality on Earth is drastically changing for worse and becoming and obvious issue of near future. Most affected is the air of the big cities and industrial areas. Constant inhaling of Carbon Monoxide, a by-product of cigarettes and auto exhausts can have drastic impact on life span in big cities. Frequent visits to nature are recommended. Cigarette smoke is by far the biggest violator of the air. Besides inhaling deadly toxins and poising himself, the smoker is also exposing the ones around him to deadly toxic chemicals known as second hand smoking. If you are a smoker it is time to realize that smoking slowly kills and a plan of stopping or cutting down is urgent. If you are a non-smoker, that is great news and I encourage you to never become one. The second most toxic air that we breathe in is found inside of our homes. Who could have thought that the place we call home and spend most of our time in could contains these toxic chemicals. They can be life threatening when inhaled over a long period of time. Toxic chemical products found in most homes are stove cleaners that contain particularly toxic substances used to cut grease. Insect repellents  that should never be sprayed and exposed in the already stale environments of most homes. Most cosmetics regularly used by women contain dangerous substances that are found in small quantities. Spraying them on your self in a usually very small, dense area of the bathroom could over time destroy the vital internal organs and produce failing health. Carpets can also be a source of heavy air pollution accumulated with dust, dirt, filth and debris. Believe it or not even the electric motors in appliances give off pollution by constantly omitting toxic gases inside our homes. Now that we are aware of all these hidden gases inside our nests it is time to make some simple changes that will in return make a big difference in the quality of air being inhaled.  SOLUTION:  Daily exercise ventilates the entire body. Run, jog or play outdoor sports. Accelerated body functions will ventilate your body. As for smokers try to immediately stop or drastically start cutting down on daily number of cigarettes being smoked. Its a habit that turns into a silent killer that is not worth giving life to. Solution in keeping fresh air in the house is by keeping the windows slightly open in order for fresh air supply to be constantly circulating. If you happen to live in Northern parts with exposure to cold winters, I still encourage you to slightly keep the windows open at all times or for energy conservation use periodical ventilating throughout the day, along with minimal of 30 minutes of outdoor time exposure. Cosmetics products should never be used due to their toxicity. If they are used, use them in minimal amounts and outdoors only as to minimize the inhaling of gases. Carpets need to be regularly deep cleaned or better yet get rid of them, if possible. Wooden floors are much easier to keep clean and dust free. Insect repellents are never to be used. They instantly kill insects, bugs and mosquitos and what can kill even the smallest alive organism must also be capable of killing us when applied in bigger amounts. Get motivated to make the necessary changes and witness immediate improvements in your family's health.
